ദൈവത്തെ 'മതസ്തരുടെത്' എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു വേര്തിരിക്കുന്നവര്‍ യഥാര്‍ത്ഥത്തില്‍ ദൈവത്തിന്‍റെ മഹത്വത്തെ കുറച്ചുകാണിച്ച് അവഹേളിക്കുക യാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ദൈവം മനുഷ്യനിര്‍മിതമായ 'മതങ്ങള്‍' എന്നാ നിസ്സാര വേര്‍തിരിവിന് വിധേയനാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാണ് അവര്‍ പരിഹ്ഹസിക്കുന്നത്.... . (RajeshPuliyanethu, Advocate, Haripad)

എന്‍റെ സ്വപ്നം....

എല്ലായെപ്പോഴും ഞാന്‍ നില്‍ക്കുന്നിടത്തുനിന്നും ഒന്ന് കൈ എത്തിയാല്‍ തുറക്കാന്‍ പാകത്തിന് ഒരു വാതിലുണ്ട്, ആ വാതില്‍ തുറന്നാല്‍ ഭൂതകാലമാണ്. വിസ്തൃതവും വര്‍ണഷഭ്ളവുമായ, കുളിര്‍മയുള്ള കാലാസ്ഥയുള്ള, ഉര്‍ജ്ജം സ്പുരിക്കുന്ന ഭൂതകാലം. ആ വാതില്‍ തുറന്ന് ആ കാലത്തിലെക്കിറങ്ങാന്‍ ഞാന്‍ എപ്പൊഴും തയ്യാര്‍. ഞാന്‍ അത് കൊതിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ് സത്യം. ആ വാതില്‍ എന്‍റെ ജീവിത വഴിയില്‍ മുന്‍പിലായിരുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ എന്ന് ഞാനാഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു എന്നുമാത്രം. ആ വാതില്‍ തുറന്നിറങ്ങുന്ന കുളിര്‍മനിറഞ്ഞ കാലം എന്‍റെ ഭാവി ആയിരുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ എന്ന് ഞാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. Constitutional Right

It is very happy to hear that the Supreme Court of India once again upheld the values of our Constitutional rights with a very significant verdict that, the narco-analysis, brain mapping & polygraph tests are against the fundamental rights of a person. The Article 20(1)(2) of Indian Constitutional law insists-Right against self incrimination- No one can be compelled to be given evidence against himself. If an accused is ready to give confession before the Court, it is the duty of the Court to explain towards that person that, this confession statement may be taken as an evidence against himself and no need to be given. The narco tests may cause harm to a person physically or mentally. It may hit badly to an innocent person, who may be responsible?? that will be turned to a punishment before proven guilty. If it is legalized it may help the investigating agency to reduce the work, but will be misused against thousands of innocent people! The duty of the police is to collect evidences against the accused and prove the allegation before the Court beyond doubts. Here the accused never compelled to give any scrap of evidence against himself, Because of the Constitutional protection. The narco-tests are in-fact equable to third degree, but falsely saying- it is scientific. Many High Courts were admitted narco-tests as legal, it was really embarrassing, even now The Hon'ble Supreme Court underlined, it (narco-tests) is not good for a civilized nation.......... some THINGS

Sure, there is some basic things in the universe!! If there is no light, the result is darkness, If there is no heat, the result is cold, If there is no apply of power to a body, it will remain motionless, We can see many things like these around us, and every body knows this............. Some persons tittle all those as NEGATIVE things ( darkness,cold ect), and compared it to life and presuming that the basic thing of life is sorrow and happiness that we have to bring into it. What I think....

While talking to a person, I said- I will do as I wish..... but this usage was very badly impressed to him, that I am going to do something wrong or something like that........ everybody could experienced like this.............. But how he could think that the result of my own thoughts become wrong or nuisance?? He is right if there is any previous experience to him in connection with my wrong acts followed by my wish. Knowledge & Information

Man is started receiving information on the next moment of birth onwards. The collection of information we commonly called knowledge. The information-we attaining from a lot of sources like TV, News Papers, Books and talks with others, By self experiences, By experiments, from some visuals, speeches Ect. I say the information we are attaining can be set in two groups. One is 'Data storage' and other is 'Knowledge'. The knowledge I mean, That the juice of information that mixed with nature and reflected in behavior- In talks, emotions, response, gestures, dealings, approach, even in smile. We could see around as a set of people having heavy storage of data, but never reflected in behavior. They can only answer the questions put to them, They can speech about many of subjects but never be appreciated. We need to get knowledge, but never be like a storage chip. Bachchan- Kerala Tourism

Amithab Bachchan was invited by the Govt. of Kerala to hold the post of Brand Ambassador of Tourism. Later the Minister of tourism and the leaders of the ruling party decided to withdraw that proposal reasoning that Bachan is already holding the post of the same in Gujrat. The state Gujrat is ruling by BJP and Narendra Modi is the CM, is the reason they found. The gain or lose with the participation of Bachchan in Tourism of Kerala is, I think immaterial. But some material things hidden!! Why did Govt of Kerala decided to keep Bachchan away, is not rational because Bachchan is representing the State of Gujrat not Modi, A very notable request made by the left parties to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, not to share the stage with Modi in a seminar held to promote Judicial activities in Gujrat. I doubt what is the untouchability of Gugrat?? Modi is an elected member to the legislative of Gujrat and not yet proven guilty in Gujrat Communal violence as alleged. If he found guilty he should be punished, but the rigid constitutional promise never be forgotten that “Man is presumed innocent until proven guilty” This kind of attitude to a Chief Minister is a naked contempt to the people of Gujrat. Chief Justice was proposed to attend a seminar to promote the judicial activities in GUJRAT not in BJP. Now the anti- Modi waves created by the left parties exceeded the limits and open to the people of Gujrat, now it shows any person from Gujrat or in connection with that state will be opposed. A left leader was declared that if Bachchan is ready to resign the post from Gujrat, the early proposal of Govt. of Kerala can be reconsidered. I am watching news in TV regularly because, there is every reason to believe that they will put another demand that, GANDHIJI will not be accepted as the father of the nation unless he would have been changed his birth place from Gujrat………………………lets wait… (RajeshPuliyanethu, Advocate, Haripad)

MohanLal- T Army

Mohan Lal in T-Army may help the ordinary people to knew what is T-Army. A celebrity like Mohan Lal is fit for that job. It results, the common man is now knew even the name- T-ARMY. It may help the youngsters to think about it, obviously some one will join to it. All things in connection with T-Army & Mohan Lal should end there. The role of Lal ends there than a member in the Army. But the rumors and commends spreads idiotically like, the Left- Colonel post is awarded to him for the performances in certain films like Keerthy Chakra, Kurukshethra ect. this kind of talks shows the deterioration in culture and never be promoted. Mohan Lal is a performing artist, He has a lot of roles in account, but which are not related to Indian Army or pride of India. I ask a question to the men who makes false flattering, The Role in Thandavam, Onnaman, Sagar@Jacky, Devasuram, Ravanaprabhu, Narasimham, 20 Noottand, Ect. How do those roles inspires youngsters?? I don't think that those roles will lead a person to Under World or Crimes. The same is applicable to the performance in Keerthy Chakra & kurukshetra. Nature of both roles are different and the acceptance of it may differ according to the taste of the viewer. Mohan Lal is well accepted by the people for his talent for performance in all kind of roles. That image as a celebrity is playing here, which is utilized by the Army Authorities for promoting the concept of T- Army, Not an award for the roles related to Army.
